Infinitam FlowForge is a Dutch automation and micro-SaaS agency registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99329174. Our website is infinitam-flowforge.tech.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form. The data collected includes:

  • Project description
  • Timeline preferences
  • Budget indication

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics services. No data is collected automatically beyond standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp), which are necessary for security and server operation.

3. How We Process Your Data

When you submit the contact form, your information is sent to us via the Resend email API. The data is delivered directly to our business email inbox. We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested services.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): Processing is based on your consent (you actively submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

4. Data Sharing

We use Resend (resend.com) as our email delivery provider. Your contact form submission passes through their servers to reach us. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. We delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, or upon your request.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Right to restrict processing — request limitation of how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest

7. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We implement security headers including Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, and X-Content-Type-Options. Server access is restricted and the application runs as a non-root user in a containerized environment.

8. Supervisory Authority

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
